A solid financial plan is one of the most important foundations of any startup. It shows whether a business model is economically viable, how much capital is required and when a company can become profitable.

Content

  • You will learn how a financial plan is structured and which components it should include.
  • We explain the key elements in a clear and practical way, including revenue planning, cost structure, liquidity planning and capital requirements.
  • You will receive practical guidance on how to make realistic assumptions for your business model, avoid common mistakes and prepare your financial planning so that it is understandable for funding programs, investors and banks.

There will also be time for questions and short discussions about individual startup ideas.
