Wir erklären verständlich die zentralen Elemente wie Umsatzplanung, Kostenstruktur, Liquiditätsplanung und Kapitalbedarf.
Außerdem erhältst du konkrete Hinweise, wie du realistische Annahmen für dein Geschäftsmodell triffst, typische Fehler vermeidest und deine Finanzplanung so aufbereitest, dass sie auch für Förderprogramme, Investor:innen oder Banken nachvollziehbar ist.
