Qualifies doctoral candidates and early-career researchers of the JUST TRANSFER Graduate School in transfer, entrepreneurship and societal impact.

Maintains the technical infrastructure, trains users in working with robotics systems and supports the development and testing of innovative prototypes.

Supports students and researchers in developing and testing innovative robotics and digital solutions for health and care.

Supports researchers in innovation projects, technology-based spin-offs, and the transfer and commercialisation of research results.

Advises on intellectual property protection and develops protection and commercialisation strategies for research results and innovations.

Facilitates dialogue between academia, government, industry and civil society and develops impact cases for regional challenges.

Supports researchers in identifying transfer potential and translating their research into impactful transfer and startup initiatives.

Coordinates project processes, budget controlling and organisational workflows, supporting projects and events from planning through to implementation.

Coordinates administrative processes, procurement procedures and participant management, ensuring the smooth organisational delivery of transfer and entrepreneurship programmes.

Creates audience-focused pathways to entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer and increases the visibility of the Transfer and Startup Office's support services.
