Idea Contest: SCIDEA STAGE

SCIDEA STAGE takes place once a year and showcases application-oriented ideas from studies and research: methods, tools, prototypes, concepts—and also approaches that could evolve into a viable business model. The next SCIDEA STAGE will take place in autumn 2026. Information on how to apply and the exact date will be published in due course.

Open Call

• University-wide: Starts in the winter semester 2026/27
• Application period: 2 weeks (submit your idea)

Nomination

• The Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office reviews all submissions and nominates five finalist teams. 
• The nominees will be announced afterwards.

SCIDEA STAGE 2026 – Event Day Schedule

• 3-minute live idea pitch per team (in front of an audience and expert jury)
• 5 minutes of jury feedback per team
• Award ceremony
• Networking and informal exchange afterwards
