This year, we’re combining the SCIDEA STAGE pitch competition with the opening of MLU’s new incubator, the SCIDEA LAB. Our focus will be on robotics and digitalization in the care and healthcare sectors. We want to highlight practical, application-oriented ideas from academia and research!

- The Transfer and Entrepreneurship Office will review the submissions and nominate five finalist teams.
- The nominees will be announced on November 3, 2026.
DEMO DAY
- 2:00 p.m.
- Official opening of the SCIDEA LAB incubator by Professor Sackmann, Vice Rector for Digital Transformation and Transfer, and Karsten Schwarz from TPG.
- 2:30 p.m.
- Transition to the SCIDEA STAGE with a 3-minute idea pitch per team, live in front of an audience and a panel of experts
- 5-minute jury feedback per team
- Awards ceremony
- 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: SCIDEA LAB workshop focusing on robotics
- Food and drinks will be available on-site.
