Startup Support

Coordinates startup support, strengthens the startup community and helps startup teams access funding opportunities, networks and support services.

Bert-Morten Arnicke is the central point of contact for students, researchers and aspiring founders on their entrepreneurial journey. He supports startup projects from the initial idea through to company formation, advises on idea and business model development, and provides guidance on funding opportunities and pre-startup financing. He ensures that startup teams have access to the right environment, the right resources and the right connections at every stage of their development – both within Martin Luther University and across the regional startup and innovation ecosystem. In addition, he continuously develops the startup community and fosters exchange between founders, mentors and partner organisations.

Stefanie Zillessen

Startup Support

Refines startup ideas, structures development processes and works with teams to further develop robust business models and strategies.

Stefanie Zillessen supports students, researchers and aspiring founders in developing their startup ideas. She structures development processes and helps teams define and navigate their next stages of development. Her areas of expertise include business model development, product development, organisational structures, business planning, marketing and brand development. Drawing on her experience as founder and managing director of her own company, she brings first-hand insight into the challenges of building a business - from the initial idea and market entry to sustainable, profitable growth.
