A solid financial plan is one of the most important foundations of any startup. It demonstrates whether a business model is financially viable, how much capital is required, and when the business is expected to become profitable.

Contents

  • You will learn how a financial plan is structured and which key components it should include.
  • We explain the essential elements in a clear and practical way, including revenue forecasting, cost structure, cash flow planning, and capital requirements.
  • In addition, you will receive practical guidance on how to make realistic assumptions for your business model, avoid common mistakes, and use your financial plan as a management and decision-making tool.

During the session, you will begin working on your own financial plan, with time reserved for questions and short discussions about your individual startup ideas.
