David Stuck

David Stuck has been an investment manager at bmp Ventures since 2018, where he previously worked as an analyst and associate. In addition to the investor's deal flow, he focuses in particular on the development and growth of his portfolio companies. He is, among other things, Co-founder of two VC-financed B2B SaaS start-ups and gained experience in consulting and banking in Frankfurt am Main. David Stuck is an alumnus of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and completed training as a banker (IHK). As a mentor for the Startupbootcamp, Techstars Accelerators and the Westerwelle Foundation, he is the contact and sparring partner for start-ups and founders.

Dagmar Kleemann

Dagmar Kleemann is a transaction analyst and works as a certified coach, supervisor and organizational developer. She has been self-employed since 2012 and has been a multiple founder of Realiser GmbH since 2019. Her specialty is communication. This can be reflected in entire organizations, in teams or in 1-to-1 coaching. Her customers range from single founders to multi-billion dollar corporations. Through her work with transactional analysis, she reveals existing patterns in communication. This contributes to improving the own professionalization, the necessary project management and time and self-management, as well as the clarification of tasks and roles in teams. Especially in start-ups, it is important to clearly formulate and define expectations, roles and tasks in order to ensure better communication in a future growing company.

Daniel Worch

Daniel Worch supports the Transfer and Entreprenuershio Office as an external consultant in the areas of financing and investor relations/investments. He has been managing director of Univations GmbH since 2014 and is responsible for the Investforum Pitch Day, which brings start-ups together with investors. Daniel Worch studied business administration with a focus on human resources management, banking and trade & distribution.

Monika Lelonek is a qualified chemist, successful founder of a spin-off from Fraunhofer IWM Halle and our mentor for start-up projects in the fields of chemistry, nanotechnology and microsystems technology. Jonas Kühl

As a design thinking coach and consultant, Jonas accompanies people, teams and organizations to initiate developments that make a difference.

Jonas brings a background in cultural studies and business administration as well as human resources development to Gerlow & Kühl. As a startup consultant, he has accompanied a number of people, teams and projects over the last years on the way from the problem to the idea to implementation. Jonas believes in the power of real teamwork in interdisciplinary teams - especially when really innovative and exciting ideas are required.

Stefan Mayer-Ehrling

Barbara Eberbach

After completing her studies, Barbara Eberbach (M. Sc. Management) initially worked in industry for several years and then switched to the startup scene. She was responsible for all business areas of a university spin-off in red biotechnology, worked as interim CFO in a medical technology startup and is currently supporting a joint project to set up a biopolymer cluster in central Germany. At the same time, she introduces students at various universities to the topic of entrepreneurship in her own lecture.
