Your value proposition is the central element of your successful business model. The systematic elaboration of your value proposition is the basis for your marketing, your pricing, and later success in the market. 

With the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) you systematically work on your value proposition. The model is a complement to the Business Model Canvas and one of the central customer-centric tools.


This workshop will be held in German or English language. Simon Lachmeyer, Jonathan Franke, Morris Scheithauer (JenVision e.V. - Junior Enterprise, www. will be leading through the workshop which is part of the International Startup Campus Academy program.
