From idea to prototype – the SCIDEA Robotics Lab offers a creative space for researchers and students to develop and test prototypes and accelerate their transfer into practical applications and innovative startups.

Profile

With its thematic focus and technical infrastructure, the SCIDEA Lab supports innovation and startup ideas centered on robotic assistance in care and healthcare delivery. The curated equipment and the expertise of the incubator’s core users also enable participants from other disciplines to develop and realize startup and transfer projects in interdisciplinary teams.

Focus

Through the involvement of the Nursing Sciences division of the Faculty of Medicine, the Model Region for the Digital Transformation of Care and Health (TPG), the Institute of Computer Science, and the Institute of Business Information Systems, the focus on robotics-supported innovation development is established.

Participation

Students and researchers with application-oriented projects from universities and non-university research institutions across Saxony-Anhalt can take advantage of this offer.
